Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Admission Process
SIMS, Rohini, New Delhi, was established in 1999, as an affiliated Institute of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. The Institute runs BCA undergraduate course (1st and 2nd Shift) affiliated to GGSIPU as per the following details:
- Duration of Course : 4 years
- Mode : Full Time
- Eligibility Criteria: Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* with pass in English (core or elective or functional). Mathematics or Computer Science or any other subject related to Computer Science. Or Three years Diploma in a branch of Engineering from a polytechnic duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to a recognized examining body with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Admission criteria: Admission is done through centralized online counselling conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University on the basis of the merit of the CET. The vacant seats after exhausting the merit list of CET will be filled through the merit list of CUET#.
- No. of seats: 90+60
- Management Quota Seats: The Institute conducts admission for 10% management seats.
